A note from Mary:
Ever since I was a little girl, I was facinated with stories. Growing up on movie musicals, I always wished I could jump through the screen and live in the world of the show. As I have grown, I have become deeply moved by art that communicates truth and beauty. As I pursue truthful moments in acting, I also strive to create characters that reflect the authentic human experience in all of it's vibrant colors.
I've studied Acting under Lee Eskey and Katelyn Slater at John Paul the Great Catholic University, training primarily in Stanislavski and Meisner Technique, while also training in acting for the screen and musical theater. I have loved exploring both film and theater as artistic mediums as I have participated in well over fifty theatrical productions and short-films in my lifetime. Some of my favorite theatrical roles have included Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Beatrice (Much Ado About Nothing) and Sonya (Uncle Vanya). In film, I have played the driven and spunky female leader, the sarcastic and witty best friend and tender love interests, and have experience on set as a creative producer, AD and script supervisor as well.Â
When I'm not acting, I enjoy being in nature, family movie nights, driving along the beach with all of the windows down, line dancing, praise & worship, disney parks and reading! I'm also Barista trained and start every day with a coffee; my current go-to is an iced brown-sugar shaken espresso!
